Love Relationship: A Woman Returned To Italy After 9 Years & Found The Engagement Ring She Lost
Love Relationship– Usually, the chances of finding something you lost in a vacation is next to impossible. But a New Jersey couple Justin and Margaret Mussel surprisingly found their lost engagement ring in Italy after nine long years. It was nestled in the crack of a sidewalk.
Soon after their wedding, Margaret lost her 1.1-carat diamond ring on their vacation in Italy. Justin told the media that “My wife’s ring was loose, but she didn’t realize it was gone until later.” “She took a nap, woke up and realized she didn’t have it on.”
They could not use their insurance to get it replaced because they were out of the country. So he saved up money for several years to get another ring. Recently in August 2017, the couple along with their two kids travelled to Italy to visit Margaret’s parents. There, Justin saw a flicker of light coming out of the crack in the sidewalk every time a car passed by. He dug into the crack with a screwdriver to find out what was hidden there.
“When he kept saying he saw something shiny, in my head I said ‘he probably thinks that’s the ring,” and no way it would be there after nine long years,” said Margaret.
But, ultimately Justin dug up the engagement ring that they lost nine years back and it still fit Margaret.
Margaret thought Justin was playing a trick on her. But, when she ran upstairs to see that her new ring was still there, she was floored. Now she has got two rings.
Justin says Margaret wears the original engagement ring and will save the new one for one of their kids for their marriage.
